MikroWin Database is a database management system for MikroWin 2000. It presents MikroWin 2000 data in different views. In the Input view all necessary data for the examination of a sample can be entered or imported from a host system (LIMS). The Sample view provides the ability to manage MikroWin 2000 test results without micro titer plate restrictions. Additionally test results can be imported from analytical devices like the BEP III and sample storage information can be imported from robotic sample processors to locate sample tubes quickly for retesting. The Journal view shows up to 20 test results of different tests for a sample in a row.
Workflow Cycle of Laboratory Data
Import requests from a HOST system, or enter requests and sample storage information manually.
Export a work list to a robotic sample processor or to MikroWin PlateProcessor.
Use a robotic sample processor for automatic pipetting or easily pipette samples manually using MikroWin PlateProcessor.
Use MikroWin 2000 or an analyzer like the BEP III for data reduction and analysis of measurements.
Import test results and create, save and apply filter that helps you to display, print, export, release and retest only those test results that match one or more criteria in the Result Management.
Use sample storage information from a robotic sample processor or get this information automatically from the manually input of the Sample Registration to quickly locate sample tubes for retesting.
